Coronary RIsk Calculator

If you have already had a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or been diagnosed with angina then this page is not for you.  Also, if you have had a transient ischaemic attack (TIA), a stroke, or have intermittent claudication or renal disease then again this page is not  for you.

You can use this calculator to estimate your risk of developing coronary heart disease (CHD) during the next ten years.

To get your personal risk you need to know your blood pressure (BP), total cholesterol & HDL-cholesterol.

If you know these tests were done recently then contact Sister to get the information from your record.

If the tests have not been done recently then make an appointment to see Sister who will check your blood pressure and arrange for you to have a fasting lipids test.
