Dizziness

There are many possible cause for dizziness . These exercises AREN'T suitable for everybody, but, DONE REGULARLY, may help people with a "Labyrinthitis" or "benign positional vertigo".

If you have dizziness associated with loss of hearing, nausea & vomiting and ringing in the ears, you should see your doctor.

Theses exercises, DONE REGULARLY, should help your brain get used to dizziness signals coming from your ears, and hence the dizziness should lessen in time- but they will make the dizziness worse when you first start doing them.
