We reckon that any efficient organisation has got to focus on certain priority areas if it's going to get anywhere. Though we're reasonably confident in some of our core clinical and organisational strengths, we've chosen to prioritise certain areas. For instance, we have a higher proportion of Older Patients than in some practices, so our Health Visitor had an interest in the prevention of falls, and we opportunistically look for osteoporosis risk factors in our ongoing practice.
