Meet Our Team

Although the District Nurses, Midwifes and Health Visitor are employed by the Primary Care Trust, we work closely alongside them as an integrated team.

The District Nurses

<<<Sister Kate Magson RGN, DN Cert leads our District Nursing Team.

She has a young family, and enjoys throwing pots (on a wheel- not at people). She is trained in Nurse Prescribing, and has a particular interest in Terminal & Palliative Care.

<<< Staff Nurse Gail Bannister RGN  is another wonderful member of our team. An  model in resting, she collects antiques (not male).

Professionally, she is involved in Nursing Research.

Staff Nurse Linda Swaine>>> RGN, has a grown up family. She likes walking and sight - seeing, as well as theatre and concerts.

Professionally, she has a particular interest in Mentoring student nurses and nursing palliative care patients.

Mrs Sandra Walkington >>> is our Health Care Assistant. She helps with dressings, blood pressures and the like.
